Description
The body of the samovar is conical, made in the form of a shot glass. The wall is engraved with ovals, wide and narrow. The circle is wide, ribbed. The lid is stepped. A crown with slots in the form of curly semicircles and rectangles. The handles are vertical, attached to the body with the help of curly plates stylized as plant stems. The plates are reinforced with rectangular stepped overlays. Escutcheon plate is diamond-shaped, flat. Faucet spout is faceted. With a protrusion at the nose. Valve handle is eight-shaped, stylized as a plant stem. On the neck, ash-pit slots are similar to the slots on the crown. The base is round, stepped, with a curly lower edge. The legs are wide, curly, protruding forward. On the lid there is a brand: “Factory brand of the Trading house br. Shemarins Approved by the Government” and prints of 2 medals: the 1896 exhibition and the agricultural exhibition (the year is unknown, the prints are jammed).
