Description
The body is in the shape of a barrel, the wall is smooth. There is an image of the State Emblem of Russia on the wall and an inscription “1896”, an image of a trademark with the inscription “The factory has existed since 1825”, and the images of the awards:
- Handicraft and industrial exhibition in Tula (1900)
- Large silver medal from agricultural exhibition in Kiev (1901)
- Bronze agricultural exhibition in 1897
- Incentive award to the participant of the All-Russian exhibition of 1882
The lid is stepped, in the center of the lid there is a high cylindrical top with a ring-shaped protrusion. There is a stamp on the lid: “Trading house of the I. G. Batashev’s heir, Nikolai Ivanovich Batashev.” The crown is decorated with quadrangular slots. Handles are ring-shaped, hanging, attached to the body with the help of rectangular base plates. Escutcheon plate is in the shape of a heart. The faucet has a hook-shaped protrusion at the spout. The valve handle is shaped as a shamrock/clover. The slots on the neck are the same shape as on the crown, with a round stepped base. The base is square, with a decorative lower edge. Rectangular legs protruding forward.
