Description
The body is in the shape of a vase with a high narrow neck. The wall is engraved with ovals, the embossed floral ornament along the wall. The upper edge of the neck of the body is shaped. Lid with a high cone-shaped pommel carved by ovals. The grip on the lid is molded in the shape of a dope flower with leaves and a stalk. The handles are vertical, curved, stylized under the stems of the plant. Attached to the body using a curly lining in the form of a plant leaf. Escutcheon plate is round, flat. The faucet is faceted, with a ring-shaped protrusion at the spout. Valve handle in the form of a bracket. The grip on the valve handle is cylindrical. Base – with a decorative lower edge, engraved with ovals. On the edge of the base there is a chased ornament of plant motif. The legs are high, curved, attached to the body with the help of a decorated lining in the form of a plant leaf. Round curved rods, connected in the center by a ring, extend from the legs. An alcohol lamp in the shape of a round flowerpot is inserted into the ring. The lid of the spirit lamp is dome-shaped, smooth, screwed onto the neck of the body. At the bottom of the kettle there is a stamp: “Reed & Barton.”
