Description
The body is in the shape of a wide low bowl, the wall is smooth. In the middle of the upper edge of the body is a flat lid. The cross over handle, c-shaped, is attached to the body using flat overlays in the form of a trefoil and rivets. The sides of the handle are flat plates with oval slots, the central part is a figured grip. The nose is narrowed upward, slightly bent. At the bottom there is a: “Landers, Frary & Clark New Britain, Conn.” Stand in the form of a round flat ring with round holes on the upper edge. The ring is attached to high flat legs with oval slots. The bases of the legs are spherical, wooden. In the lower part of the stand, three flat plates connected by a ring for an alcohol lamp depart from the legs. A hemisphere-shaped alcohol bottle with a cylindrical tube for the wick and a regulator knob. On the bottom of the spirit lamp there is an inscription: “Pat. Mar.20 1906 – Yuly 17 1906. “
